How to Register:
- First registration is March 6th at Beach Park from 9 AM to 3 PM
- Registration fee is $70.00 for registrations through July 31, 2010

- Download forms on this site and mail them in.
- Mail registrations now for the 2010 season.

BRIGADE RECREATIONAL SOCCER LEAGUE
MAIL-IN REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Fill out the enclosed application as complete as possible. Parent information on top and player information at the bottom. If you are unsure, leave blank. Sign and date. If you have an e-mail, please provide it so we can communicate more effectively & efficiently. Remember, we are a volunteer organization, so please check off a volunteer position for your team. The more volunteers we have, the smoother your team and our organization runs. Please Help. We are needing Coaches and Referees. No experience necessary. We train all our Coaches and Referees and supply materials. Volunteer Coaches and Referees could be yourself, spouse, relative, or friend that would like to help our organization, please let us know.

Provide copy of birth certificate, immunization card, ID card or any document with player birthdate for new players only. Returning players do not need to submit this.

Provide payment in check or money order form. Payable to ‘BRSL’. $65.00 dollars per player. Please do not send cash.
