Check in is Friday night at the Hilton Garden Inn from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.  There is no Saturday check in.  Please see below for required paperwork. 

You are not allowed to mix cards for your roster.  Cal South teams have to have Cal South registered players and AYSO teams need to have AYSO registered players.  You can not have an AYSO player be a guest on a Cal South team.   When you mix cards, they are not covered by any type of player insurance. 

Before you check in make sure your medical release forms have original signatures of the parent guardian and all player passes are completed properly.  Please put your medical release forms and player passes in the same order to expedite the check in process. 

Your check needs to be from your AYSO Region. 

Since our tournament is a non-AYSO sanctioned tournament, there are two forms that Margie Close from AYSO has informed us are required in order for your team to play.  You can click on the name of the form below if you need a copy.

Due at Tournament Check In:

• AYSO Player Registration Form/Medical Release - with original parent/guardian signatures
• AYSO Player Cards stamped by your Regional Commissioner with player pictures and laminated.
• Team Roster for Travel with all proper signatures
• Application for Travel with all proper signatures

Due at Tournament Check In:

• 2007-2008 Cal South Player Registration Forms - with original parent/guardian signatures
• 2007-2008 Cal South Player Cards stamped by your District Commissioner, properly completed and laminated.  Contact Ann Shoemake, District Commissioner at 661-397-5396, as soon as you have applied for the tournament.   

Due at Tournament Check In:

• 2007-2008 Cal North Registration Forms with original parent/guardian signature
• 2007-2008 Player Cards with photo, player signature if required and laminated
• 2007-2008 Cal North Coaches Pass & Registration Form
• Appropriate travel papers completed and approved by Cal North.
