Welcome to the 1st Annual Black Top Battle & Father’s Day Fiesta at Stramler Park! This is a unique event designed for soccer players to show off their skills and gives friends and family the venue to spend quality time in a fun and safe environment. We can’t think of a better opportunity than Father’s Day weekend to get together with friends and family in a carnival like atmosphere.
The BlackTop Battle is an exciting competition of Street Soccer at its best. Add a Tecate Watering Hole and Amazing Food and you will be amazed at the fun you and your family will have! Here is a little about what you can expect from this event:

4v4 Tournament with a 6 person roster due at Check In 1 Hour Prior to first game
Cost: $210 per Adult team; $150 per Youth team (Includes Admission to Saturday Night PDL Game & Sunday Father’s Day Fiesta) Youth players must fit the age requirments for each division as of 6-14-08 (ie. U14 players must be under 14 years old as of this date
Each Team is Guaranteed 4 - 20 minute games to be played on Sunday with Championship game on Sunday, too.
Games on Sunday will begin no earlier than 9:30 am and check in will be 1 hour prior to your game.
Schedules Available Friday by 5pm prior to event.
Field Size 40 ft x 70 ft
Scoring: Metal Trash Cans are placed at either end of the court and you score by hitting the trash can.

Sunday at 11:00 am is the Father’s Day Fiesta! Bring back the Tecate Watering Hole and Fantastic Food and then add a carnival and you will have a day that you won’t want to miss sharing with Dad! Here are just a few things to do:

6pm Secondhand Serenade – An Up and Coming Rock Band (Check them out on Jimmy Kimmel on June 13th) They are very popular with youth 16 and older!!
