The United Soccer Leagues (USL) released the PDL Team of the Week today and Brigade Forward Moi Gomez was one of three Forwards to be recognized mainly due to his 4-goal performance this past Saturday against the Lancaster Rattlers.

“We’re all very happy for Moi, he had an outstanding performance and it’s well deserved,” stated Vice President and General Manager Joe Jimenez. “There are 63 teams carrying a maximum of 26 players on the roster and to have been recognized as one of eleven for best performance of the week says a lot about the skills this kid has,” added Jimenez

The Brigade will next take on the LA Storm this Saturday (July 7) and have added Hall of Fame Soccer Icon Eric Wynalda to their roster. Wynalda is a 3-time World Cup Champion and is currently tied for most goals scored in US Men’s National Team play with LA Galaxy superstar Landon Donavan. Kick off time is 7pm with a pregame at 5pm.
